For all questionnaires received between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on non-weekends or non-holidays. All other questionnaires will be responded to by 10 a.m. the next business day. IF YOU ARE HAVING A LEGAL EMERGENCY, DO NOT WAIT FOR A RESPONSE. This offer is not intended to form an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship can only be formed through a mutually executed written representation agreement. Bankruptcy representation agreement with other attorney must be entered into within 15 days of the date the questionnaire was submitted.

Chapter 7

If an error is made regarding the client's Chapter 7 eligibility based on accurate information provided by the client before the client's case is filed, an amount equal to the attorney's fee, the court's case filing cost, pre-filing bankruptcy mandatory credit counseling, and other reasonable incidental costs necessary for the representation will be refunded to the client. The Fox Chapter 7 Guarantee does not include:

• A guarantee that a discharge will be granted in your particular case. All bankruptcies involve some amount of risk.
• A guarantee that any particular debt will be discharged in your case.
• A guarantee that your case won’t be dismissed because of information not disclosed to us prior to filing your case.
• A guarantee that you will be able to complete all duties required to obtain a discharge. Such duties include but not are not limited to providing timely, accurate, and complete information, completion of required credit counseling, providing required documents prior to the meeting of creditors, and attendance at the meeting of creditors.
• A guarantee that you will have no non-exempt assets.

Chapter 13

If an error is made regarding the client's ability to get a Chapter 13 plan confirmed based on accurate information provided by the client before the client's case is filed, an amount equal to the attorney's fee, the court's case filing cost, pre-filing bankruptcy mandatory credit counseling, and other reasonable incidental costs necessary for the representation will be refunded to the client. The Fox Chapter 13 Guarantee does not include:

• A guarantee the bankruptcy court will confirm a Chapter 13 plan in the client’s particular case. All bankruptcies involve some amount of risk.
• A guarantee that any particular debt will be discharged in your case.
• A guarantee that the client’s case won’t be dismissed because of information not disclosed to us prior to filing your case.
• A guarantee that you will be able to complete all duties required to obtain a confirmed Chapter 13 plan. Such duties include but not are not limited to providing timely, accurate, and complete information, completion of required credit counseling, providing required documents prior to the meeting of creditors, and attendance at the meeting of creditors.
• A guarantee that you will be able to complete all duties required to obtain a discharge at the conclusion of the Chapter 13 case. Such duties include but not are not limited to making all required Chapter 13 plan payments and filing all required tax returns.
• A guarantee that you will have no non-exempt assets.
